Mission & Vision

The Oregon-Columbia Chapter of NECA is committed to leading the union electrical industry in Oregon and Southwest Washington into the future. Working in partnership with the skilled electricians of the IBEW, we are dedicated to the following Vision and Mission statements.

NECA/IBEW shall become the electrical industry. We will grow by our creative ability and foresight to respond to challenges. We will continually seek and pursue opportunities that result in our success, while dealing honestly and respectfully with all.

The Mission of the NECA/IBEW is to lead the electrical industry — by example — to the highest levels of Quality, Skill, Competence, Value, and Integrity, thus acceptance by our customers and community.
